Cancellation: I charge 50% of the service for any no-shows or cancellations within 48hrs of a schedule appointment. Canceling & Rescheduling within 24hrs of a scheduled appt. will result in deposit loss. Late policy: I have a 15 minute grace period. If you are running late please notify me immediately. Your appointment begins at the time booked. If you are late but still within the grace period, your service will be cut short. Reminder: No guests, unless client is a minor or clients are coming in together and are scheduled back to back.
